Established in 2003

Denise Gucwa’s School of Dance (DGSD) supports your child in becoming an outstanding individual in both dance and life. Our professional and caring staff develop our dancers’ dance skills while building their self-confidence, coordination and discipline. We strive to make it easy and affordable to support your child’s love of dance while creating fun memories to cherish.

Beyond our recital in June, additional year-round performing opportunities include:
The Nutcracker, our audition-only Lederach Dance Company (Disney, The 76'ers, Hershey Park & more) and our invitation-only Competition Team which challenges our most serious students.

Denise Gucwa, Artistic Director

Denise Gucwa has been the Artistic Director of DGSD for over 18 years. The studio was founded in 2003 and Denise’s devotion to high quality dance education in a fun, supportive atmosphere has grown the school to over 250 dancers. Denise remains passionate in providing all dancers a supportive atmosphere to learn and grow as a dancer and looks forward to teaching your child(ren) the art of dance!
